People write in journals for a reason -- sometimes to explore inner thought, sometimes to document an experience at one point in history. Why we write, what we write (and often what we don't write) -- is all fascinating. Why deaddiaries.com? I've written 40+ journals in the last 15 years, plus hundreds of online entries on my website (zesty.net). Recently I started buying journals and diaries off of ebay to research and study online genealogy apps -- if you knew nothing about someone, how much could you find, given a few data points? What's next? Long story short -- over the next few weeks I'll be uploading scans of my ebay finds for you to read. |
